BREAKING NEWS: Report of Passenger Plane Carrying Agagu's Body and 27 People Crashes in Lagos

An associated airline plane carrying 30 people to Akure has crashed this morning in Lagos. The engine failed shortly after take off from Lagos Airport and it crashed landed and burst into flames. Officials said the plane came down on to open land within the airport complex, close to fuel storage depot.

Agagu's body was on board as well as his family members and friends. It had 20 passengers and 7 crew members

A rescue operation is ongoing. At least five bodies have been recovered and one person is being treated for serious injuries

An Embrae aircraft operated by Associated Airlines with Reg No SCD 361 en-route Akure from Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, crashed shortly after take-off at about 9:30am local time. The plane had 20 passengers and 7 crew members on board. 


Emergency rescue operations commenced immediately by a combined team of Fire Service and security personnel. Some persons pulled out from the aircraft have been rushed to the hospital while a few dead bodies have been recovered. The rescue operations is still on-going

  1. i hate to say this or put it this way but i am glad this happened to a prominent personalities body and also other "prominent" nigerians. this is because until something happens to them they will keep treating others like though, they dont matter. these politicians just care about how to steal and accuire wealth since they have their homes and families live in first worl civilizations. now that the little time they spend here this happens we hope now someone will fuss about checking each airline before take off like Dora A fussed about drugs when fake drugs killed her family.
