Chief Omosexy! Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde Conferred With Chieftaincy Title in Ondo

The long reigning Queen of Nollywood, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde was conferred with a chieftaincy title on the 8th of  November 2013 in Ondo State. The honour was part of the ceremonies marking the 60th birthday & 7th coronation anniversary of the Osemawe of Ondo Kingdom, Oba Victor Kiladejo.
According to the Council of the Ondo Kingdom, this was to acknowledge her achievements in the movie industry and as an illustrious daughter of the state. Roll out the red carpet, and  get a crown for the lastest chief in town.
2013 will definitely be a year for the Nollywood star to remember.
In April, she was listed as one of the most influential people in the world by TIME Magazine, named the Queen of Nollywood by UK’s The Sunday Telegraph’s Stella Magazine, and recently awarded the Ebony Vanguard Award at the M Visa Awards in Birmingham.

She also made her way to many international star studded events including the EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women and Maxim Hot 100 Party.
Omotola is from Ondo state.
Congrats to her.
